As an artist, I see the exorbitant prices for stretched canvas at retail art supply shops. I am pleased to offer artists professionally built stretched canvas at a fraction of the cost you might otherwise spend.

I use heavy weight, triple primed canvas suitable for oil, acrylic, or watercolor paintings. The finished canvas is gallery-wrapped, with no staples, tacks, or unsightly folds on the sides of the canvas. Two inch deep stretcher boards are used so when your work is completed it is mounted on a sturdy internal frame with depth and professional appearance.

I custom build these canvasses to your specifications – any size up to eight feet wide is possible.

Pricing is on a per-inch basis. Add the height and width, then use this number to determine the cost.

• 10 to 20 inches: $0.80 per inch
• 20 to 60 inches: $0.70 per inch
• 60 to 110 inches: $0.60 per inch
• More than 110 inches: $0.50 per inch

Quantity pricing is also available.

With this pricing scheme, a 24"x36" canvas would cost $36, a far cry from the $70 I recently saw at an art supply shop.
